Excellent experience. Kyle and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of my car problem right away. They are also very fair in pricing and work with you to find the best solution to your issue. I'll be bringing my car here from now on.

I was referred to Shenk’s Auto Repair & Custom Creations after my engine light came on and I suspected a spark plug issue. I expected a routine visit. Instead, I found something completely different. Kyl Shenk and his father, Rodney, run a family-owned business that clearly takes pride in their work. Kyl took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure he and his team fully understood what was going on before moving forward. I never felt rushed or brushed aside. I was right about the spark plug issue, but what really stood out is that they caught something I had not. My front brakes were worn down to the point of needing immediate attention. They handled that at a very fair price, and also took care of an oil change and even cleaned my headlamps. That level of thoroughness and care is not something you come across often. They did not just fix the obvious problem. They made sure my vehicle was safe, road-ready, and better than when I brought it in. By the time I left, it felt like I had found a team I can trust. Professional, honest, and genuinely committed to their work. I would confidently recommend Shenk’s to anyone looking for quality service and people who
